I'm gonna give you two topics of the day.

TWO TOPICS! xD
First topic:
Self realisation.
So.... Jus recently i asked one my frens about myself.
I asked her if i was irritating.
yes
HER
but i asked as a fren.
This is how i asked," hey....you find me irritating?"
she said,"nope. why?"
then i replied,"No la... most of the time i is i talk to you for entertainment."
so she replies," SOMETIMES i look for you for entertainment too."
(in the original text, the "sometimes" isn't caps. i am emphasing.)
So afterwards.....
I starting telling her... how i don't fit in in my CCA?
and...we end up quarrelling.
As for the contents...i'm keeping it confidencial.
So from this story...
The moral is,
Don gei kiang.
If you wanna find out what your good points are, Start from the bad ones.
If u work on the bad ones....
They turn good!
Simple.
But,
REMEMBER!
DON EVER ASK ANYONE WHAT THEY THINK OF YOU.
jus ask for your bad points.
work on them.
You're good.
Second topic of the day
Criticism
one BIG word.
What does it mean?
simple.
Giving nasty remarks to work done by ppl. REGARDLESS OF EFFORT.
so,
jus a few weeks ago,
i got scolded by my CI Wan Ting for criticising my NCO tee being ugly...
ok not ugly but not so good looking.
Well....
I was wrong.
I mean,
Making a shirt really IS hard.
Yet i gave such a nasty remark.
I deserve to be scolded.
seriously.
I deserved it.
but.... we MUST see the sequence of events that day.
so
wei ting was sitting with us....
and she poped a question,"what do you'all think of this NCO tee?"
so i said(in mandrin and translated):"ok...but a little bit not nice"
*fast forward*
wan ting came...
so i didn't hear the conversation properly.
she was talking to wei ting.
Thn, wan ting asked," WHO SAY NOT NICE ONE?!"
i raised my hands.
and she attituded me.
for that...
i didn't mind.
Like i said,
I deserved it.
BUT.
there was something she said(madrin and translated...again),
"If you think designing a shirt is that easy... why don't you do it yourself?"
So over here,
i will tell you a little something wan ting... that is...if you're seeing this.
I ASKED MR YEO IF WE(energizers) COULD DESIGN THE NEW TEE EVER SINCE WE MOVED TO AREA 6.
HE TOLD ME HE NEEDS TO DISCUSS WITH THE T.Os.
GUESS WHAT?
HE NEVER REPLIED..
If you wanna drag me out for this matter,
i don't mind.
jus to inform you,
I DID ASKED IF WE COULD DESIGN IT.
BUT NO REPLY.
ignore the part where wan ting attituded me.
the moral is.....
NEVER CRITICISE.
i mean... can la...
but don OVERDO it.
and make it sound nice.
